The Incoterm EXW applies to sales deliveries by Treffler. Delivery periods are non-binding unless otherwise agreed in individual cases. The goods remain the property of Treffler until full payment has been made. The authorised dealer undertakes to resell the goods subject to retention of title (extended retention of title). The general terms and conditions of the authorised dealer do not apply. This shall also apply if the general terms and conditions of the authorised dealer contain an identical provision. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Augsburg.
