The patented impact cutting mill of the Millomat is unique. Here, the ground material is broken down in the play between the rotating grinding discs and the impact plate in fractions of a second. The ground material is then gently sucked out of the grinding chamber with negative pressure through a sieve of your choice and transported onwards. The ground material is therefore hardly exposed to friction. This prevents heating. This is particularly important for products containing essential oils.

No residues in the mill thanks to suction. With negative pressure, the ground material is gently extracted directly from the grinding chamber through a sieve of your choice and transported further. This also prevents friction. As a result, the material to be ground is heated only minimally. The conveying air is automatically cleaned every second and freed from fine dust. Thanks to the JET filter, the spice mill can also be operated 24 hours a day. This allows you to grind your herbs and spices without shrinkage and mixing, as in a pure spice mill.

With the Multicutter or Multicrusher add-on modules, even bridging products can be pre-cut and ground to the desired size. The Multicutter is perfect for non-free-flowing materials such as fine leaves, dried mushrooms, herbs or even algae. The Multicrusher is mainly chosen as a cultivation option for pellets, press cake and broken pasta.
