TREFFLER Millomat for grain mill and seminar bakery
TREFFLER's mill technology customer Gut Büstedt celebrated the opening of the farm's own grain mill with attached seminar bakery last Saturday, 16 October 2021.
Our sales representative Peter Plaumann was able to take part in the opening ceremony on behalf of TREFFLER and was thus able to give the many visitors an insight into the technology of the Mühlomat, which is used perfectly at Gut Büstedt. Our mill convinces with the automated production of real wholemeal flour. This means that all components of the grain - the endosperm, the germ and the husk - are completely processed.
Thanks to the gentle, modern milling process of the TREFFLER Millomat, the milled material experiences only the most necessary friction to become flour. It is only minimally heated and the important nutrients are thus retained in the flour.
In the seminar bakery "Korn und Kruste" (grain and crust), which belongs to the Büstedt estate, there are further training courses and courses on how to make and re-bake breads from Mühlomat flour.
